		<description>Nice work. Very simple, clean and modern, just like Sears Tower (or Willis Tower–whatever it&#039;s called). I would guess they have decided to keep the Sears name based on the above designs! Willis Tower would have been an awful name.

I saw a picture today of the new owner standing and staring at a test green roof they have installed. Everybody is doing it. The proposed wind and solar energy generation units will provide 100 percent of the power for the hotel as I understand form the article?  And they hope to upgrade the Sears systems to reduce it by 80 percent. Pretty ambitious stuff. Can&#039;t wait to try out the terrifying glass cube they have planned for the side of the building.</description>
